Word Pop Ltd offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with your Word Pop subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at wordpop.co.uk@gmail.com and we'll help.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. You'll keep access until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
